Changes to the Bylaws

 

After the national convention in July 2009,  AAUW required all branches to amend certain articles of their bylaws;  accordingly, NWV Branch updated Articles I - IV and X - XV to reflect the mandated changes.  No vote by members was necessary.  This spring a branch committee reviewed Bylaws Articles V - IX and proposed certain changes, which needed state approval followed by board and branch membership approval (by 2/3rds vote). 

Northwest Valley Branch members approved the proposed revisions at the October 21st General Meeting.
