Cambridge Academy Begins Centennial Project

The Cambridge Academy at Marley Park Elementary, and the fifth grade team of Canyon Ridge School, are collaborating on a three month long project designed to celebrate the upcoming Arizona Centennial on February 14, 2012. Working in conjunction with our sponsors, the Northwest Valley Branch of the American Association of University Women and the West Valley Genealogical Society, our learners will explore the rich history of the state and create contest entries consisting of drawings, essays, murals and video reports. Many of these items will be included in the WVGS quarterly publication, Desert Tracker.
